Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens Season 1 Episode 5
Raymond visits the impressive Highgrove house and garden, which is home to King Charles III. He explores the grounds and learns about the organic principles of the estate from Mel. Raymond then cooks a Lyonnaise salad using fresh greens from his own garden and enjoys a Rosemary chicken dish prepared by head chef Luke. He also visits the dye garden to learn about the educational programmes offered by the Prince’s foundation and makes baked figs and pain perdu inspired by the colorful garden.
