Under the cover of the fierce wind, four tons of methamphetamine were entering Hong Kong, pending to be sold on the dark network. A cyber revelry of druggies was about to be unveiled, and a storm was brewing in the quiet Victoria Harbour. Police had to arrest the โbossโ behind the scenes and nip the โdrug networkโ in the bud in no time, that pushed their undercover intelligence to the narrow road.
